Due to the nature of our work, refunds are handled carefully and fairly based on the status and progress of each project.
1. General Policy
All services provided by smartprintsetup.com are custom and time-based. As a result, we do not offer full refunds once a project has started or resources have been allocated. However, partial refunds may be considered under specific circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered if:
- The project has not yet started
- The client cancels within 24 hours of payment
- The delay or failure to deliver is due to our own fault or lack of communication
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Work has already started or been delivered
- Delays caused by incomplete inputs, approvals, or feedback from the client
- Ad spend already used on Google or Meta platforms
- Services purchased on discount or part of a promotional offer
4. Google and Meta Ads
All ad spend is paid directly to the platform (Google or Meta) and is non-refundable. We are not responsible for the platform’s billing, ad account restrictions, or disapprovals.
5. Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and professionally. Refund disputes must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of service delivery.
